Sharki Dance Studio has organised a series of workshops by Rusni / Faryha from Australia. Although Malaysiaโborn, Rusni has been teaching belly dancing in Australia for the last 10 years under the name of Faryha Raqs Sharqy Middle Eastern Dance Art. Born into a family of dancers, she learnt belly dancing from her mother and grand parents from the age of 10. Her cultural heritage includes Indo/Malay and Yemeni.
