麒迹 The Mythical Journey

This production is a fund raising Chinese Dance showcase titled The Mythical Journey, organized by The Mythical Oriental Dance Company.
The showcase will be staged at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre Pentas 1,

– aims to raise fund for future touring to places all around in Malaysia, which is a meaningful journey to promote Chinese dance culture to marginalized community
– will feature approximately 9 pieces of Chinese dances, with varieties of classical dances, folk dances, and Chinese contemporary dances.
– we are proud to invite 2 Hong Kong artists, renowned choreographer Chris Lam and famous Guzheng performer Lee Kwun Zhap to make the showcase to a greater success.

• 首演于Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC) Pentas1

• 这次演出的主要目的是为了筹募本团首次巡回演出的经费。我们希望把民族舞蹈演出带到全国各地，
其中包括了适耕庄(Sekinchan), 美里(Miri), 吉兰丹(Kelantan), 马六甲(Melaka), 吉打(Kedah), 太平(Taiping)以及芙蓉(Seremban) 等等， 而宣扬民族舞蹈文化。
• 此演出带来大约9支舞蹈，其中包括了新疆舞，民间舞蹈以及现代华族舞等等。这次演出的主要目的是为了筹募本团首次巡回演出的经费。
• 我们非常荣幸能够邀请到来自香港的著名编舞家 – 林慧恩老师， 以及著名古筝专业演奏家 – 李冠集老师， 同样来自香港。
这次跨国的合作，将会让这次的演出更添一番色彩，让我国热衷于华族文化、音乐以及舞蹈的民众大饱眼福。
