The Youth Studio of Dance was conceptualized by Ong Yong Lock and formed with support from the City Contemporary Dance Company (Hong Kong) outreach programme and the Ministry of Education.
It is geared towards promoting physical language as a form of expression among young local dancers.
The Studio has formed an intimate alliance with various freelance dancers, choreographers, instructors and independent dance associations through collaborative projects and other interactions.
